The mask of actor B doesn't seem to extend down far enough on the face of actor A, so especially when they open their mouth wider, the chin and bottom of lip get lost/fade out.
How can I adjust the mask so B face extends farther down on the face?

There are many factors at play here, making this an impossible question to answer. Most importantly: which mask are you using? What is your training centering and coverage?
More generally, mask settings can be edited with the preview tool: viewtopic.php?t=1083#Preview-Tool
