Performance Scale

So, I know nvidia is definitely the way to go, but just out of curiosity, how would you rate the performance difference between the manufacturers? I've read the hardware isn't the bottleneck, but the intermediary layer of software, which makes sense.
All things being equal, on a scale of 1-10 (nvidia being the 10) where would the performance of today's out of the box AMD and intel Arc cards fall?
Again, just curious.
