Best settings for M1 Mac

Does anyone have a recommendation for settings on a M1 Mac?
I have just started and can do 18k iterations per day on Dfl-H128, Batch 16 and Wrap to landmarks. The Extraction is fast on any setting but I wonder if I can improve the model somehow.
Right now I stop the training every now and then and continue later. So Time is no issue since I let it run during working time. Every tip is appreciated
