Hi,
I'm new to this. I have been getting a convert error
status: failed -convert.py Return code1
and have not been able to find crash reports for this error. this was sudden, it used to convert properly till about yesterday.
please help.

Unfortunately that error message tells us nothing.
The best I can suggest is to set the log level to TRACE and provide the generated faceswap.log
Note: This log file may be huge, and will slow down the process, so make sure to turn the loglevel back to INFO afterwards.
