Can color adjustment be done in multiple ways during convert?

Can I use multiple ways to make color adjustments to the swapped face?
-c {none, avg-color, color-transfer, manual-balance, match-hist, seamless-clone},
I can't get the effect I want in a single way!
Face shakes when using seamless-clone
There are many shadows in other ways
It might be better to use combinations!

At the moment, no. We would like to be able to make this more customizable, but it's unlikely to happen soon.
