So the face extraction just extracts the faces from the frames at a lower res,

This is not strictly correct. It extracts, and aligns. faces at a uniform resolution to be able to train a model. This may be at a higher resolution, lower resolution or the same resolution as the original image.

is there a tool either in the faceswap problossom word gamegram or another one to extract all faces or frames in their original resolution?

This sounds like an xy problem. What are you trying to achieve?
