I can’t hold shift to select all the alignment files, it only allows me to select one only. And is it ok if I rename the alignment files? Now they got the same name inside the subfolders., thx

What OS are you using? It should work fine.

Renaming alignments is fine, you will just need to explicitly point Faceswap at the renamed files when required.
