How To Ensure The Interface Considers The Right Face To Swap In A Video With Two Faces?

Hi All,
A fresher here at the faceswap university.
I have a video that has two people in it. I would like to swap the face of only one of the two faces with the a face from another video and leave the other face in the main video as it is.
Unfortunately during the extraction process both the faces get extracted. When I go to the extract folder and delete the faces of second person keeping images of only the face I want swapped , and reach the main video's conversion process after training there is a weird blur/smudge on the face I deleted in the output video.
Is there a way to prevent that?
