When I try to pick the image that I want to swap I don't see the photos that I got saved on my computer

This really isn't much information to go on. Are you failing to see them in Extract or Convert or is this during Training?
If it's Extract or Train, can you detail where in the guide you fail to find them?

We really need more info to find the problem.
