i5-9400 vs. i7-9700 Processor ?

I'm thinking of purchasing a HP Omen Obelisk with a RTX 2060 Super and 16GB Ram to run faceswap. Any opinion on whether I should get a i5-9400 or i7-9700 CPU? HP charges $190 more for the i7-9700.
More broadly, are there any known issues with HP or any other RTX 2060 builds worth considering?

The i5 should be fine for Faceswap, so it's just whether you want to shell out for a more expensive CPU.

i think you should go to invest the +190 bucks for an better gfx card like an 2070 super
