When trying to extract, I keep getting this type of message:
CRITICAL An unexpected crash has occurred. Crash report written to '/Users/emanuelrobichaud/faceswap/crash_report.2020.04.27.183355923370.log'. You MUST provide this file if seeking assistance. Please verify you are running the latest version of faceswap before reporting

Is this where I should provide the files?
Any help would be appreciated

Try using MTCNN

We've seen random reports of this, but I can't recreate. It may be an AMD specific issue.

If your video is shareable, you could let me have a copy and I can see if I can recreate the issue.

I've had the same problem on a Mac with a Radeon Pro 580 card. Switching to Mtcnn worked for me.
