Low gpu usage at training

My hardware is a amd ryzen 5 3600
Rtx 2060
16gb ram
Faceswap is using only 1012% of my GPU (and about 30% of CPU) for training. Shouldn't it be more?
Yeah I am a new user, and I basically didn't touch any setting, only checked the allow growth thing.
