Re: conversion fails, missing alignments

Hi, I´ve got a similar problem
I finished training after ca. 15 hours and there were nop problems so far. Then when I converted I had no errors but the Output Video was also almost the same with a few frames being the face that I actually wanted to put in...The difference for my alignment folder is now that I only got one for each video that I extracted from and I tried putting all the alignment folders for both of the videos but there was either an error when it wasnt the correct file or like I said it just added a few frames from the face that I actually wanted in the new video.
Does someone know what could be my problem? Could it be that I made a mistake before while Extracting the frames from the videos/creating the alignments folders?

You can visually check your alignments are right using the Manual Tool

Hi!
Total noob here!
Can you please explain how do I convert to video? I extracted the face, trained a model. Now in convert part I input the video that I want the face to be in, model dir, reference video and output folder. I run it and in result folder I see only pictures with replaced faces. How can I get the video?
All the best,

Hit the "Generate" button in the GUI and post the generated command

Remove the reference video (not required as the input is a video). Change the "writer" plugin to ffmpeg

C:/Users/Marco/Desktop/face/Mich MOdel Folder/original_state.json is not an alignments file. It is your model's state file

So I should find it in the same folder as the video from which I extracted the faces, or in the folder of the extracted faces? I still can't find it... what is the extension?

.fsa. It will be with the video file (same name, but with _alignments.fsa appended to the end).
That's assuming you generated an alignments file. If you didn't, you need to.

Your frames location is wrong.
It should be "G:/faceswap test/POLARRANA/videos/low to up.mp4" (not with the word "done" in it.... assuming you haven't renamed your alignments file)

OK, It's fine now, thank you again.
For those who has same problem with me. In my case,I change my frame video name after extracting my video to check that i have finished the video extracting. So I guess the alignments file did not get it.
After i change my video name back, i works.

Hi, how do I generate alignment files ? Does the program auto generate it at the end of training in the extracted faces folder ?
Thanks
