I am very new to faceswap and need some help with a crash report

if anyone is interested in helping, I have the crash report. I can't really read it because I am not familiar with coding

You need to attach the crash report for us to see what's going on.
Go to where ever you have faceswap installed, and in that folder will be text files called "crash report" choose the most recent one. If any of your folders in your computer involving faceswap use a name which you wish to keep private, open up the text file and do some control-f searches and change them. It also helps if you describe what you were doing and what things you think caused the crash.
