I'm thinking putting a bit more work on the GPU with a move to EffV2-S @ 80% scaling might give you better workload distribution and the improved accuracy couldn't hurt.

It's likely available VRAM is going to be your issue. Can you run Stojo? You could try dropping scaling to 60 as well to lighten the load making the only difference between this model and stojo being the use of Dyn as the decoder upsale method and dropping of G-Block.

Yes, I copied the .faceswap from my local install to the config folder in drive and copy it and the training.ini.

Live Preview with Colab
I tried using the -p option in Colab and it ended up crashing and corrupting the .h5 file in the model, thankful for the backup. Tried several times with the same result.
