Re: Made it about 15000 its in, then crashing every few hundred or so. File in use error?

I pushed the "save interval" out to 1000 on the hopes that the odds of it trying to access a file at a bad time would be lower with less instances and it seems to have helped. I got from 2000 its to 20,000 so far.

Re: Could not broadcase input array from shape (x,y,z) into shape (x,y,z) on extraction

Just tried a fresh reinstall to the default location. The last two installs I did to a custom location so maybe that was bad? Will edit with outcome. Well, that seems to have worked. I'm going to try it on a second video and if that DOESN'T work, I'll edit. If I don't, then no news is good news and ...

Re: Could not broadcase input array from shape (x,y,z) into shape (x,y,z) on extraction

I tried changing normaliztion to hist instead of Clahe and it seemed to be working for a while, but somewhere around 30 minutes in, I got the same error (with different shape codes);.

Re: Could not broadcase input array from shape (x,y,z) into shape (x,y,z) on extraction

I tried a different video and got the same error with different shape values: input array from shape (996,484,3) into shape (0,484,3).

Re: Could not broadcase input array from shape (x,y,z) into shape (x,y,z) on extraction

I'm trying a second re-encode with the same settings via Any Video Converter. I'll edit with success or non success.

EDIT - No success. Same error. If it matters, the shape values appear to be the same each time so maybe that's significant? It's Shame (0,113,3) into shape (13,113,3).

Could not broadcase input array from shape (x,y,z) into shape (x,y,z) on extraction

Not doing anything special that I know of. Just an extraction. I downloaded the video from the Internet, then cut and reencoded it in Adobe Premiere (to cut out bits that weren't necessary). I tried changing a handful of settings, but get this error each time. 06/03/2023 15:47:02 MainProcess MainThr...

Possibly, but weird it only happens when I have preview enabled and on warp. I've left preview on for nowarp and it was fine.

Re: Made it about 15000 its in, then crashing every few hundred or so. File in use error?

I discovered that the preview is still generated, just not shown and I can click "enable preview" at any time to see the current status and then turn it off again. Still not optimal, but it works.

Re: Made it about 15000 its in, then crashing every few hundred or so. File in use error?

I've made it over 3000 its by disabling the "enable preview" option after I started training. I'd really like to keep previews though so that's sub-optimal.

Made it about 15000 its in, then crashing every few hundred or so. File in use error?

So I'm getting a "file in use permission error" on a file that faceswap is using. Is it getting in it's own way? Note that I've had this problem before, but it was late in the training process so I switched to no warp and go no more errors. Now I'm doing a different set and it's way too ea...

Squish bars for vertical and horizontal suggestion

First, I don't know if I never noticed before or it was a recent addition, but having the keyboard shortcuts for advancing slides and copying faces has been a HUGE performance booster! Speaking of performance, I noticed that there are a series of off-angle faces that are hard to capture and I end up...

How well does this work with 4k?

I have a 4300x2600 (or so) video and I'm cutting it down to the usuable parts with Adobe Premiere, but that's taking more than 10 hours to encode at native resolution. That has me worried that I am in for a hard time in the faceswap phase. Should I downscale it to 1080 or so?

Re: Suddenly borders where the mask doesn't touch on all preview pics

The issue is that the red masking area doesn't extend to the full width and height of the frame so there's a small sliver around the edges of the face that don't get the replacement face. If this were just a training thing, so be it, but it affects the final converted video as well. Most importantly...

Suddenly borders where the mask doesn't touch on all preview pics

For some reason, I've noticed that the effective area shown in the preview for training doesn't touch the edges of the pics either for source or destination. This is causing some weirdness like when the face goes out of frame for a second, there's a thin strip along the edges where the conversion do...

Re: The input folder contains extracted faces. Please update your input

I'm not sure I completely follow on this. Do you mean you have already extracted faces and then you will be re-running extract on them, so they become the 'source' frames for the new extracted face? If you aren't doing this, then (as Bryan says above) it is impossible to adjust these landmarks. The...

Re: The input folder contains extracted faces. Please update your input

The manual tool requires the original photos to work. There is no other way around using the original images. You can't adjust the alignments on an already extracted face there is nothing to adjust FROM. If you absolutely don't have access to the originals you will have to delete badly aligned fram...
