For generating faces? It depends on the model you use, and many other factors.

However, Faceswap is not built for live streaming, and it is unlikely it ever will be. A live streaming solution would need to be built around the generated Faceswap model.

I have done this in the past and obtained around 30fps @ 720p for a live swap.
