Newbie question: Fully automatic convert with face recognition?

Post by jumpjack » Wed Feb 19, 2020 8:42 am

I would like to replace an actor by another one in a movie; does it already exist a Windows software which automatically does it upon providing the movie and two facesets as input? I don't want to spend weeks manually highlighting the right face in each scene...
Is Faceswap (or any other SW) able to automatically identify a specific face among many others in same scene?

It is. It's fairly slow and of questionable reliability.

Honestly? The current best method to filter out faces is to use the "sort by face" functionality.

This may change in future, but is covered here: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=27#sort
